We're sorry to see you go. If you're having trouble with RacePrint, please reach out before deleting — we're happy to help.
Delete from your account settings
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:
- Sign in at raceprint.ai/dashboard/settings
- Scroll to the “Danger zone” section.
- Click Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.
Your races, matched routes, training plans, and uploaded GPX files will be permanently removed immediately.
Request manual deletion
If you can't sign in or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us below. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All uploaded GPX race files
- All matched local routes
- All generated training plans
- Your preferences and settings
Anonymous, aggregated trail data (not linked to your account) is retained to improve route matching for all users.
